QR Code Generator: Designer – Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using QR Code Generator: Designer, these terms will automatically apply to you. You acknowledge that these terms are an agreement between you and Anjan Khand only, and not with Apple, Inc. Anjan Khand is solely responsible for the app and its content.

You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Anjan Khand.

2. Subscriptions & Paid Upgrades

The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions to provide premium QR design templates and advanced customization. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
Bypassing: You agree not to attempt to bypass payment mechanisms. No refunds will be issued for price reductions or partial periods.

3. Third-Party Services & Assets

The app uses third-party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions:

Our app includes free stock images and assets from third-party providers including Unsplash, Pexels, and Pixabay. These assets are used for background designs and templates and are not redistributed in raw format.

4. User Content & Responsibility

The app allows users to create, customize, scan, and share QR codes. You are solely responsible for the content you generate. We do not monitor or control the content encoded within QR codes. You must ensure that the information you encode (URLs, Wi-Fi, text) complies with applicable laws and does not violate the rights of others. We are not liable for misuse, illegal activity, or harmful content created through the app.

It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may compromise security and affect functionality.

5. Maintenance, Support & Liability

Anjan Khand is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app. We strive to ensure accuracy, however, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the app's functionality.

6. Termination

We may discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these terms will cease, and you must stop using and delete the app.
